Sell it, find it, or source it. Whichever you do, do it in a day, not a week.
Plant Sourcerer is the live layer over the wholesale plant trade: every grower's real availability, searchable by radius, orderable for pickup, deliverable on a shared truck. Growers sell what they've already grown. Buyers retire the phone tag. Procurers turn a scribbled list into a priced, scheduled order before the coffee goes cold.
Three seats, one platform. Pick the one that looks like your Tuesday.
Wholesalers
Your stock in front of every buyer nearby before they finish dialing the next guy. Orders for pickup, pull sheets by the day, and a straight answer on who owes you what.
Tour the portal Procurement PlatformProcurers
Paste the list. Every line named, priced and sourced, the customer signs off, one shared truck planned from one number. Nobody retypes anything, ever again.
See the full platform Procure LiteBuyers
One search instead of ten phone calls. Nearest first, real counts, and a Reserve button that beats the other landscaper to the good oaks.
See Procure LiteLess time on the phone. More plants on the truck.
Three habits you can quit this month. In English and Spanish, on any phone.
Stop calling around
One search shows who has it, how far away it is, and what it costs.
Stop retyping lists
Snap a photo of the customer's list. Every line comes back named and priced.
Stop running half-empty
Share the run with growers headed your way and split the freight.
Paste the list in the morning. Trucks on the road by lunch.
Everything below is running for real customers today. No roadmap, no asterisk.
Paste it. Every line gets a real name and a real SKU.
Common names get their botanical, botanicals get their common name. Anything the system can't name honestly lands in Needs Review, where one click fixes it.

Every wholesaler who has it, nearest first.
Inside your radius, price is one click away. When the need is met inside it, nobody farther out is offered. Exact matches hide the substitutes.

Plan a shared truck from one number.
Type the quantity and the platform plans the truck: which wholesalers, in what order, whether it fits, and what freight adds to every plant.

Text the order. With the photo.
Each wholesaler texts from their own number with a picture of the actual plants. Opt-in on record, STOP honoured, delivery status back from the carrier.

The procurer's side grew up. A team board, a real fulfillment flow, and the market itself.
Every screen is the product as it runs today, in the new easier-to-read scheme.

Team Board
Every order in its stage, who is on it, when it's needed. Due dates turn red on their own.

Order Fulfillment
Seven stages from received to delivered. Click any stage to see what's there.

Checks & sign-offs
The customer approves the quote before POs go out. Nothing moves until it's signed.

The things people ask before they sign up.
Straight answers. If yours isn't here, a real person will answer it the same day.
It's live wholesale plant availability with the ordering, delivery and paperwork built in. Growers post what's on the bench, buyers and procurers find it by distance, and everyone stops playing phone tag.
If you grow and sell plants, Wholesaler Pro. If you buy for projects and need quotes, purchase orders and a team board, the Procurement Platform. If you just need to see who has what near a job site and reserve it, Procure Lite. Nurseries that do both can take Pro + Platform and save $99 a month.
Yes. The Field App, the customer app and Procure Lite all switch between English and Spanish with one tap, so the whole crew can use them.
Upload the price list you already keep: PDF, Excel, CSV or a typed list. We read it the way you wrote it, and it's live for buyers in your radius right away. Set a reminder to refresh it weekly, every two weeks or monthly.
No app store. They scan your QR code or tap a link and it adds to their home screen. They see only your nursery, at the price tier you set for them, and can only book pickups on the days and hours you choose.
Reservations. The moment a buyer holds a plant, it comes off the count for everyone else until you confirm the order or release it.
Accounting Sync sends orders and invoices to QuickBooks, and it's included with Wholesaler Pro. Card and bank payments go into your own Stripe account; we never see your keys and the money never passes through us.
Paste the list, upload a file or snap a photo of it. Every line is matched to a real plant name and size, then checked against the growers you work with, nearest first. Anything short gets suggested alternates for your customer to pick from.
Always. The quote goes out with your markup, the customer signs off, and only then do purchase orders go to each grower. Nothing gets pulled on a guess.
Demand across your open orders is combined per grower, so minimums are met even when no single order reaches one. Enter the driver's rate and the route, pickup day, load and freight per plant are worked out for you. Riders on someone else's truck pay by mileage and volume.
No. Every seat is month to month and you can cancel or switch seats any time. Onboarding is an optional one-time $499 if you'd like us to set everything up with you.
We load your first price lists, set your pricing tiers and pickup days, print your QR code, and walk your crew through the Field App, in English or Spanish.
The plant trade, finally on one page.
The growers and buyers already on it have stopped calling around. Join them before your competitors do.
Choose how you'll use itYour whole nursery, one portal. Your customers, their own app.
Availability that sells itself, a crop board the crew actually opens, orders that don't die in voicemail, bids for the big jobs, and a shared truck planned from one number. English and Spanish, on whatever phone is in the truck.

Upload any price list. Be findable in minutes.
Drop in the availability you already keep, PDF, Excel, CSV or the one you typed at 6 am, and it becomes a live catalog every buyer in your radius can search. We read it the way you wrote it.
- Read the way your grower writes it: “LTD” is limited stock, not part of the price
- Refresh weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, with reminders
- Your photos on every card; a grower's real shot always beats a stand-in

Nothing sells twice. Not even on a Saturday.
The second a buyer holds a plant, it comes off the count for everyone else.
Held means held
A reservation takes the stock off your list until you confirm it or let it go.
One tap either way
Confirm and it's an order. Decline and the plants are back on the bench.
No awkward calls
Nobody pulls in for oaks you already promised to somebody else.
Your customers get an app that's yours alone.
One link or a QR code at the counter, no app store. It carries only your nursery: your stock, each customer's own price tier, and the days you actually load trucks. No marketplace in the middle, no competitor two taps away.
- Private to your nursery. No marketplace, no competitors
- Retail, contractor or wholesale: each customer sees the tier you set
- Nothing passes through us. The customer, the pricing and the money stay yours

From the QR code at the counter to an order for pickup.
A landscaper standing at your counter can be ordering for tomorrow's pickup before the coffee's poured. No login to forget, no app store to find. These are the live screens.

Scan the code, join in one tap
They scan the code at your counter (or the link on your availability email), type their name and number, and they're in. It's your nursery, not a marketplace.

See your yard, at their price
Your live availability with your photos, priced at the tier you gave them, and a pickup day from the days you actually load. Tap plus, tap Order, done.

Their orders, their notifications
Every order with its pickup date and status. Texts and emails are off until they switch them on, per nursery: order ready, new stock, pickup reminders.
Put your nursery on your customers' phones this week.
Your QR code, your prices, your pickup days. Set up in an afternoon, in English and Spanish.
Every batch, from planned to sold, without a clipboard.
Upload your plant list once and each batch gets a state: growing, planned, pot-up, available, done. Ready batches move onto live availability with one click. Filter by state or category, or search by name.
- Growing · Planned · Pot-up · Available · Done, at a glance
- Drag in a CSV, Excel, PDF, Word or text list
- Spreadsheet or cards; apply a filter and bulk-edit

Sell it before you plant it.
Presale lets buyers commit to a crop before a single liner is stuck, so you grow what's already sold instead of what you hope will move. Grow requests from buyers land on the board as planned crops.
- Oversubscribed? The email subject says so: plant more
- Stock that's been sitting is flagged, with pot-up suggested before a discount

The 400-oak job comes to you.
When a procurement team sources a large project, the wholesalers near the job are invited. The full list, quantities, sizes and deadline are on one screen; quote line by line and win the lines you want.
- Respond from the portal or a no-login emailed link
- Per-line awards: win the oaks even if someone else takes the myrtles
| Plant | Needs | You have | Your price |

Backlog to done, one board.
The nursery's task board: Backlog, To do, In progress, Verify, Done. Assign each card to a person and a date; the crew starts and finishes them from the Field App and the columns move on their own.
- Cards carry priority, due date and the batch they touch
- Plan the week, manage the team, + Task
- What the crew sees on their phones is this board, filtered to them

The Field App puts the yard in your pocket.
One seat's included. The crew sees their plants, tasks and picks, updates counts from the row, and counts a bench from a photo. English or Spanish with one tap, built for gloved hands and bad light.
- My Plants: every crop by status, with counts you can change on the spot
- My Tasks and Picks: pull sheets assigned to a person, started and marked done from the phone
- Count from a photo: an overhead shot of a bench gives an estimate you confirm
- Extra seats $29 each, added in Settings

Deliver
Every truck leaves full, or it earns its gas.
If you're already driving that way, somebody nearby wants their plants on board.
Sell the empty space
Post a trip and nearby growers pay to put a small order on your truck.
Hitch a ride
Not enough for a full load? Ride along on a neighbor's run and pay by the mile.
Know it fits
Tell us your truck sizes once and every run after checks the load for you.
Pulled, staged, ready for the truck.
Orders you've pulled and staged show up here, ready to ship or be picked up. Set a status and an ETA and the procurer is told automatically. Release a pull job and it appears here on its own.
- Status and ETA per order; the procurer sees both
- Nothing staged shows nothing: no guessing
- Feeds the procurer's Out for delivery stage
Money owed to you, and who actually pays.
Counter and phone orders with payment and receipts. Reservations become orders and invoices without anyone retyping a thing. Record a cheque, wire or ACH and the order marks itself paid, which is more than the old ledger ever did.
- Straight into QuickBooks with Accounting Sync
- Card and bank payments into your own Stripe account; we never see your keys
- Every buyer sees their own price tier

A counter order in thirty seconds.
Pick the customer, tap plants from live stock, set a pickup day, take payment or charge it to their account. Their price tier is applied automatically, so the counter matches the app.
- Search by name, SKU or size; import from a quote
- Save order, or Charge / Register
- Every counter sale comes off the same availability

Your list, not everyone's
Search the growers you've already vetted. Add a new one with an email; their portal is free.
This week's stock
What you see is what's on the bench right now, not a price sheet from last month.
Paste it however it's written.
Botanical or common names, quantities as "x10" or "10 -", columns or bullets. Drop a CSV, Excel, PDF, text file or a photo of the list. Press Source it and every line is matched to the catalog.
- "Live Oak #30 x10" and "10 Quercus virginiana, 30 gal" read as the same line
- Your verified wholesalers only; tick one beyond the radius to include it

Sourcing that splits itself.
Paste or upload a list and it's matched against every vendor's live stock, then split across growers by price, distance and availability. A thirteen-line list sources in seconds.
- Green within your radius, orange within +50 mi, red farther out
- Substitutes wait for customer sign-off before purchase
- Your private wholesalers, visible to your team alone
25 of 51 units fill exactly today. Move the radius and it re-sources on its own.

When a line runs short, the platform suggests the swap.
If nobody in range has the exact plant, you get up to three alternates worked out for you: a different size of the same plant, a similar plant that does the same job, or the same plant from a grower a bit farther out. Tick the ones you'd stand behind and send them together. The customer picks the one they're happy with, from their phone, no login.
- Suggestions come from live stock, so every alternate is actually available
- The customer's pick lands on the order as a substitution awaiting sign-off
- Nothing is purchased or pulled until they've chosen

The customer signs off before anything is pulled.
The quote goes out with your markup, overall or per wholesaler, as PDF, CSV or email. The customer approves it, and any alternates they chose, from the link. Only then do purchase orders go out and pull jobs get created. Until that signature is on the order, nothing leaves a yard.
- Approval is stage three of seven; the stepper won't advance past it unsigned
- A declined substitution glows red on the board until it's resolved
- The customer is emailed at each later stage: pulled, staged, delivered, with a photo
Needs: customer approved the quote · Sign off first

Your markup, remembered.
Every customer has their number. Every quote starts there.
Set it once
Give each customer a default markup and every new quote opens at the right price.
Bend it when you need to
Change it on one quote for one job without touching the default.
One record per customer
Job sites, approvals and the substitutes they picked all live in the same place.
Signed? Then the POs go out, one per grower.
The moment the customer approves, a purchase order goes to each wholesaler's portal with their lines and the pickup day. Their confirmation comes back to your order, and only a confirmed PO becomes a pull job.
- One PO per wholesaler, straight from the signed quote
- Confirmed, partial or declined lands in your notification bell
- Confirmed POs become pull jobs on their side

The team stays on the same page. Literally.
Every order in its stage, who is on it, when it's needed. A calendar gathers follow-ups, deliveries, bid deadlines, crops coming ready and holds expiring onto one month view; drop a task on any day and assign it by name.
- Board, table or by-wholesaler views
- Due dates turn red on their own

Everyone knows what's theirs.
Hand the work out from the order itself, then watch it get done.
Straight from the order
Turn an order's lines into tasks and give each one a name and a day.
Ticked off in the field
Your team checks lines as they go, and the order moves forward on its own.
Nothing slips
Late work turns red by itself. Nobody has to ask where things stand.
Fulfillment you can see across the room.
Seven stages from received to delivered, and the customer's sign-off sits in the middle of them: nothing is ordered or pulled until they've approved the quote. After that your team signs pulled-in, staged and delivered, with a photo, and the customer is emailed at each step.

Several orders. One truck.
Demand across open orders is combined per wholesaler, so minimums are met even when no single order reaches one. Choose the job, enter the driver's rate, and the route, the pickup day, the load and the cost are worked out from there.

Three yards, one rider, one drop. Here's the route.
Click a stop to see what's loading there, or play the run.
Illustrative run. In the app, the same route is drawn on a live Google map.

What the market is asking for, before you plant it.
De-identified demand and supply across every buyer and seller on the platform. Top plants, movers, unmet demand, prices, drill-down and export. The data is being collected now.
Unmet demand is the grower's list of what to plant next.
Stop calling around. Start seeing everything.
One live view of what's actually in stock at the wholesalers around you, by radius from the job site, updated when growers update. English and Spanish, one tap. $29 a month, which is less than the gas you'll burn driving to the wrong nursery.

Search live availability
Every plant, size and price across participating growers, nearest first. Tap “Use my location” and it centers the search on where you are.
Reserve before it's gone
Found the trees? Place a reservation right from the search. The grower confirms and the stock is held for you.
Compare across growers
The same plant at three nurseries: three prices, three distances, side by side, so the best buy is obvious.
Snap a list, source it.
Photograph a handwritten or printed list and it reads straight into a live search. No retyping, no squinting. English and Spanish flip with one tap, so the whole crew can use it.
- Nothing hidden: a blank on a grower's sheet shows “call”, not nothing
- Measure a plant's height from its photo, using the pot as a ruler
- Works on any phone or desktop
