How customers opt in to texts
Texts are sent by a wholesale nursery to its own business customers, through Plant Sourcerer. A customer reaches the nursery's shop only by scanning that nursery's QR code or tapping its link, so the screens below cannot be reached at random — this page reproduces them so they can be reviewed. Consent is collected in two steps and recorded with the customer's number, the exact words agreed to, and the time.
Join Bluestem Tree Farm
Joining does not enrol the customer in texts. It creates their account with the nursery. Texts stay off.

What is recorded
For every opt-in: the customer's mobile number, the nursery, the exact consent text shown above, and the timestamp. Every message sent and every reply received is logged with its delivery status. STOP opts the customer out of that nursery's texts immediately and permanently until they reply START or turn texts back on; they are excluded from every send regardless of the nursery's selections. HELP returns the program name, how to stop, and a support address.
Message frequency and content
Transactional and account notifications only: an order staged and ready for pickup (with a photo and the pickup date and hours), a reminder the day before pickup, and a note when the nursery posts new availability with a link to order. Typically a few messages a month; an active order can generate two or three in a week. No third-party marketing. Participating nurseries sell ornamental and landscape plants. No restricted, regulated or age-gated products are sold, referenced or promoted through this program.
